Program description

Urban Rhino Inc. operates a production scheduling text message program for crew and cast working on Urban Rhino productions. Messages include call times, call sheet links, location and parking details, schedule changes, and day-of production logistics. This is an operational notification program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and giving written consent on the Urban Rhino crew information form or deal memo when you are hired for a production. Consent is collected per production and is not a condition of employment. Crew who do not opt in receive the same scheduling information by email.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To resume, reply START.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email hello@urbanrhino.com.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by production. You may receive several messages on an active shoot day and none between productions.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Urban Rhino does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging service provider, is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
